By establishing a contractual employee leasing relationship with Pinnacle Industries (known as “co-employment”), we become the employer of record and assume the responsibility for processing your payroll, taxes, workers' compensation liability and unemployment claims. You still maintain complete control of your daily operations while having more time to focus on marketing, sales and service quality so your company can grow and become more profitable.
